Offline case diary
No signal in the courtroom? Your diary still works.
Does Munshi work without internet inside court?
Yes. Today’s hearings, every case file, client details and reminders are stored on your phone and open instantly with zero signal. Voice notes recorded offline are saved and queued; they are processed automatically when your phone reconnects, and everything syncs to your other devices.

- 2Record offlineA calm banner says “No signal — saved on phone”. The note waits in a queue.

Offline case diary: questions
What works offline?
Viewing your schedule, cases, clients and documents already on the phone; reminders; recording voice notes; and logging outcomes. AI processing and the WhatsApp brief need a connection.
What if I lose my phone?
Sign in on a new phone and your diary is restored from the encrypted cloud backup. You can also protect the app with a fingerprint lock.
Does it use a lot of data?
No. Voice notes are compressed (16 kHz mono) and the diary syncs only changes.
