This policy explains how to cancel and when refunds are available for subscriptions to Digital Munshi: Lawyer Case Diary provided by Digital Munshi. It forms part of our Subscription Terms.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period already paid for, then your account becomes read-only (nothing is deleted).

Free trial
The 14-day trial needs no card and is never charged automatically, so there is nothing to refund. If a trial was started through a store subscription offer, cancel in the store before the trial ends to avoid the first charge.
Refunds for Google Play purchases
Purchases made through Google Play are processed by Google. You can request a refund from Google within the period Google allows (see Google Play’s refund policy (opens in a new tab)). If Google declines and you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge — we will review it and, where appropriate, issue a refund through the Play Console.
Refunds for App Store purchases
Purchases made through the App Store are processed by Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com (opens in a new tab). We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases directly.
Refunds for direct payments
- First payment — 7-day guarantee: if you are not satisfied, request a refund within 7 days of your first payment for a plan and we will refund it in full.
- Renewals: monthly renewals are not refunded once the new month has started; cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
- Annual and chamber plans: after the first 7 days, if you cancel an annual plan we may, at our discretion, refund the unused full months minus any discount you received. Contact us to discuss.
- Duplicate or mistaken charges are always refunded in full.
How refunds are paid
Direct refunds are returned to the original payment method (or by bank transfer for Raast/bank payments) within 10 working days of approval. Your bank or wallet may take longer to show the credit.
Service problems
If a serious outage on our side prevents you from using paid features for an extended period, contact us — we will extend your subscription or refund the affected period.
