How we write and review our guides
Purpose
Our guides help lawyers and clerks with the practical side of practice — finding cause lists, checking case status, organising a diary, running a chamber. They are information, not legal advice.
No legal advice
Digital Munshi is not a law firm. Nothing on this site is legal advice or creates a lawyer–client relationship. Where we mention statutes or procedures, we do so to explain terms and where to look — always confirm with the official source and your own professional judgement.
Sources
- We prefer primary and official sources: court websites, the Pakistan Code, gazette notifications and official government announcements.
- Every guide lists its sources with the date we accessed them.
- Where official information changes often (for example court holidays), we say so and link to the official page.
Review
Each guide shows a “Last reviewed” date. Guides are reviewed by the Munshi editorial team; we will credit a named legal reviewer only with their consent. We aim to review pillar guides at least every 90 days.
How we use AI
We use AI tools to help draft and structure content. Every published guide is checked by a person against the sources listed, and we remove anything we cannot verify.
Corrections
Found a mistake? Email [email protected] with the page and the correction. We fix factual errors promptly and update the “Last reviewed” date.
Independence
We do not accept payment for coverage in guides. Where a guide mentions Munshi, it is clearly our own product.
