How to delete your account

#In the app

More → Privacy & security → Delete my account, then confirm with the code we send.

#Without the app

Use the request form on our account deletion page, or email [email protected] from the phone number or email on your account. You don’t need to reinstall the app.

#Before you delete

1. Export your data — More → Privacy & security → Export all my data (PDF / Excel).
2. Cancel store subscriptions — deleting the account doesn’t cancel Google Play or App Store billing. See how to cancel.
3. Chamber owners — transfer ownership if your team should keep the chamber.

#What happens

Your profile, diary, recordings and documents are deleted within 30 days (in-app deletion usually immediately), and from backups within a further 30 days. Payment records required by tax law are kept for up to 6 years. Full details: account deletion policy.
