Your data is yours. You can export it at any time — including when your plan has ended and the diary is read-only.
Export from the app
More → Privacy & security → Export all my data, then choose:
- Excel — every case, hearing, client and fee in sheets you can open in Excel or Google Sheets.
- PDF — a readable report of your cases and hearing history.
The file is prepared on your phone and can be saved or shared.
Export from the web app
Chambers can also export a day’s or week’s cause list as PDF or Excel from the web app.
Documents
Scanned documents can be shared individually from each case’s Files tab.
Moving to another system?
The Excel export is designed to be imported elsewhere. If you need a different format, contact us.
