What does Supurdari mean? سپرداری

Supurdari is the release of case property — for example a vehicle seized by police — into someone’s custody until the trial ends.

Courts deal with custody of property pending trial under section 516-A of the CrPC, usually on a bond (supurdarinama) to produce the property when required.

Supurdari applications are often time-sensitive for clients and worth tracking as their own hearings.
